A homeowner in Longview tx had their door come off track when it was lowered down on a tote.
The Problem
The cable came off the drums causing the torsion system to twist the door.
What We Found
The track on the right side was bent, the stile behind the bottom fixture on one side was lorn loose.
What We Did
We reset the torsion system, straightened the track, drilled out the loose stile and secured it with bolts, balanced the door and retensioned the opener chain. Then we lubricated the springs, hinges and chain.
